1. Introduction
Welcome to Qalb Tech Oman ("Qalb Tech", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our electronics repair services in the Sultanate of Oman. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Qalb Tech provides electronics repair services including but not limited to:
- Mobile phone repairs (screen replacement, battery replacement, etc.)
- Tablet repairs
- Laptop repairs
- Smartwatch repairs
- Free doorstep pickup and delivery within service areas
- Live repair streaming
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices shown are estimates and may vary based on actual device condition
- Final pricing will be confirmed before repair begins
- Payment can be made via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer
- Payment is due upon delivery of the repaired device
4. Warranty
All repairs come with warranty coverage as specified:
- Screen replacements: 6 months warranty
- Battery replacements: 6 months warranty
- Other repairs: 1-3 months warranty as specified
- Warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship
- Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage after repair
5. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and data security. We recommend backing up your data before repair. Qalb Tech is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Our technicians will not access personal data unless required for repair diagnostics.
6. Live Repair Streaming
Our live repair streaming feature allows you to watch your repair in real-time. Access is provided via secure, encrypted link. Stream recordings may be retained for quality assurance for up to 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Qalb Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the repair cost paid by the customer.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
