Cancellation Policy
Before Pickup
Cancel anytime before device pickup for a full refund if any advance payment was made. No cancellation fees apply.
After Pickup, Before Repair
Cancel after pickup but before repair begins. Your device will be returned within 24 hours. No charges apply.
During Repair
Once repair has started, cancellation is not possible. We will complete the repair and you may request a refund if unsatisfied.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Repair does not resolve the reported issue
- New issues arise directly from the repair
- Parts fail within the warranty period
- Significant delay beyond estimated time without prior communication
- Service quality does not meet our standards
Refund Process
- Submit Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of repair completion with your Repair ID and reason for refund.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may request device inspection.
- Resolution: We will either re-repair the device at no cost, provide a partial refund, or issue a full refund.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Physical damage to device after repair
- Water damage after repair
- Issues unrelated to the performed repair
- Software issues not covered by the original repair
- Requests made after 7 days of repair completion
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments: Refund to original card (5-7 business days)
- Bank transfer: Refund to your bank account (3-5 business days)
- Cash payments: Cash refund or bank transfer upon request
